Physical Therapy:

Physical therapy is one of the most important treatments for preventing long term pain after a car accident. It can be used to treat a wide variety of pain caused by a car accident collision trauma. Physical therapy treatment involves consistent treatments over time that focuses on mobility, range of motion and strength. It’s also commonly combined with chiropractic and medical massage treatments after a car accident as well.

Spinal Decompression:

If you sustained a back injury during your car accident that affected your discs, non-surgical spinal decompression could be the right treatment for you. Decompression helps reduce pressure on the vertebral joints this in turn allows the discs affected in the neck and back during the collision to heal.
